Service Description

If you're interested in creating - or strengthening - a meditation practice that will bring you greater peace, while also creating more justice and peace in the world, this series is for you. The age-old Buddhist teachings on the Bodhisattva (aka “Spiritual Warrior”) offer practical and heart-opening practices to transform our own lives as well as the lives of those around us. Join this series to explore how we can all become Spiritual Warriors, rooting down into our own best intentions and rippling positive change out into the world. Each session will include: - a short talk with information, tools and inspiration from the Bodhisattva path - a guided meditation to practice rousing our own innate Spiritual Warrior - journaling exercises and community conversation to further connect to practices for creating more peace in our own lives and in the world 6 Mondays, 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm via ZOOM Start Date: 4/17 End Date: 5/22 **** Offered in conjunction with the Larchmont Mamaroneck Center for Continuing Education (LMCCE).
