Join us on this 90-minute mini-retreat where you’ll be guided to open to your own path of harmony, balance, and wisdom through several healing modalities, including a sound bath, Reiki energy, and an herbal tea blend made with herbs associated with the Fall Equinox. This “nearby, get-away” also takes advantage of the outdoor labyrinth on the hill above St. Thomas, which is modeled on an archetypal path used for thousands of years by ancient Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, and others, as a way to connect with one’s own path and intuition. Come explore this figurative and literal path to your inner knowing. Walk away with a stronger sense of balance and abundance as we all shift, with nature, into a new season. Students should bring yoga mat or blanket. Her approach integrates food as medicine, mindful practices, and a deep connection to Mother Earth. Kat’s mission is to help women transform their relationship with food, reclaim their vitality, and improve digestion through nutrition and nervous system regulation. Katy Romita is a certified Meditation Instructor, an Energy and Sound Healing Facilitator, and an Usui Reiki II Practitioner, bringing nearly two decades of experience in a variety of meditation and healing practices. Katy also holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MPA from New York University.
