About your facilitators: Katy Romita is a certified Meditation Instructor, an Energy and Sound Healing Facilitator, and an Usui Reiki II Practitioner, bringing nearly two decades of experience in a variety of meditation and healing practices. Katy approaches her work with the knowledge that we are all already whole, complete, and enough, as we are - and that sometimes it helps to get a reminder. She is certified through the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy and Mindful Schools. She is an educator with the Sheldrake Environmental Center, as well as a meditation teacher with Pause To Be Present Meditation. She is also a New York State Master Naturalist.
