The guided meditation invites participants to connect to rest, stillness and their own intuition. After emerging from the meditation, participants learn how to bring their inner wisdom into the physical world by creating a personal mandala on a polished river stone using acrylic paint markers ? no painting experience needed! This act of creativity provides an additional type of calming rest, vital to a sense of well-being. Participants leave this workshop with a beautiful river stone, a tangible symbol of their wisdom and the intentions planted in the stillness of winter.
