This two-hour workshop starts with a New Year’s meditation and sound bath, led by Kat Palmieri and Katy Romita, helping you connect to your intuition and to gain clarity on what nurtures your soul. After the meditation, bring your inner wisdom into the material world by creating a Vision Board collage. (No artistic skills needed! All supplies provided.) As you create your Vision Board, the sound bath will continue, providing a fertile environment for manifesting health, happiness, and well-being. At the end of the session, we’ll share reflections in a supportive community. Leave with renewed clarity and confidence, equipped with a tangible symbol of your aspirations to inspire your journey throughout the year. When: Monday, 1/27/25, 10am to 12pm Where: Larchmont Temple Fee: $90 (includes all supplies) Facilitated by Kat Palmieri and Katy Romita: Kat Palmieri is a functional nutritionist and healing arts practitioner. Her approach integrates food as medicine, mindful practices, and a deep connection to Mother Earth.
