Vision Board Workshop (Bronxville)

Service Description

Bring your inner wisdom into the material world by creating a vision board collage. This workshop starts with a relaxing guided meditation, accompanied by sound bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments, providing you the space and stillness to connect to your own intuition and goals. A variety of fun and inspiring art supplies are provided to help your vision emerge with greater clarity and solidity as you craft your collage. While you create, enjoy herbal tea and a nourishing snack. At the end of the session, share reflections in a supportive community. Leave equipped with a tangible symbol of your aspirations, which you can use in the coming months to direct your energy and attention on both a conscious and subconscious level, attracting that which you want to manifest. No artistic skills are needed and all materials are supplied.
