20-Minute Guided Meditations (Online)

Service Description

I'm glad you are here. I'm looking forward to sitting with you. These guided meditations are appropriate for new and experienced meditators -- designed to be accessible, welcoming, and worth the time you've carved out from your busy schedule. Each meditation includes: a brief talk on a tool or concept, a guided meditation, and time for reflection and community discussion. Join from anywhere via Zoom: - Tuesday evenings, 8:30 to 8:50pm ET - Wednesday mornings, 8 to 8:20am ET - Friday mornings, 8 to 8:20am ET These meditations are 100% donation-based. Select whatever amount is comfortable for you (including "no charge") when you click "book now." Most people who subscribe do come to the meditations, but some people subscribe for the poems I send out twice a week with the zoom link. And, some people subscribe because they want to support and be part of the group pooling together and rippling out. I'm grateful for all of it! Three perks do come with subscribing: 1. All money collected (100% of your donation) for online meditations is donated to a non-profit helping to improve environmental justice. In the 4th quarter of 2026 (October, November, and December), all money is going to the Clean Air Task Force (https://www.catf.us). 2. Recordings are available to everyone who subscribes for $5/month or more. 3. When your donations add up to $100, you'll receive a 20 oz Yeti Tumbler emblazoned with the One Small Stone logo and other fun community gifts.
