Service Description
Learn time-tested practices to cultivate equanimity, the quality of calm and composure even in difficult circumstances. Over four weeks, you’ll learn a different Buddhist meditation each week: 1. Shamatha (mindfulness) 2. Metta (loving‑kindness) 3. Tonglen (compassion) 4. RAIN (working with strong emotions) Each session includes instruction, guided practice, and simple adaptations for modern life, including practical approaches for busy minds. You’ll leave with tools and experience to create more calm in your life.
