Mid‑Summer Sound Circle & Mandala

Service Description

Celebrate the abundance of summer with a 75‑minute mini‑retreat designed for relaxation and connection. You’ll be guided through a gentle sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, wood chimes and other instruments, as well as the sounds of birdsong and swaying branches at Larchmont’s Willow Park, to promote calm, ease, and openness. After the sound experience, we’ll share herbal tea made with plants associated with the solstice, then take time to mindfully walk in Willow Park and tune into the beauty of nature. We’ll finish by creating a simple nature mandala together—an easy, grounded way to connect with well-being, community and the season. Suitable for all experience levels.
