Pause Before the Presents - SOLD OUT

Service Description

Before the holiday rush takes over, give yourself an evening to pause, exhale, and refill your cup. You’ll be guided into deep relaxation with a Reiki-infused sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. These simple 90-minutes will refill your cup so that you can meet the holiday season with more presence, patience, and energy for the people you love.
