Private Energy Healing

Service Description

De-stress and release anxiety with a private session just for you. Using Reiki, Sound Bathing, Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and/or therapuetic art, we'll customize a session for you. These sessions can be done in-person in Westchester County or anywhere via Zoom. If you need a time other than what is offered on the schedule, please email katy@onesmallstone.net with desired time(s). Additional evening and weekend times are available upon request. If buying a package, you only need to book the first session now.
