Often simultaneously joyful and stressful, life can be...a lot. A mindfulness practice can help ease anxiety and stress, while also boosting compassion (for self and others), creativity, and joy. Each 20-minute meditation includes: a brief talk on a tool or concept, a guided meditation, and time for reflection and community discussion. All money collected for online meditations from January 1 to March 31, 2023, will be donated to Taproot Earth, an environmental justice organization.
