20-minute meditations via Zoom. All revenue is being donated to WeAct's environmental justice work.

Service Description

Often simultaneously joyful and stressful, life can be...a lot. A mindfulness practice can help cut through the stories, the baggage, the expectations and realize that we are enough just as we are. We can start to see ourselves and the world around us more clearly - acting with more wisdom, leaning in to the moments of joy, and finding more peace in ourselves. Between now and 12/31, all money collected for online meditations will be donated directly to We Act. We Act works for environmental justice. Please click through "book now" to select your donation amount. Regardless of amount donated, you'll receive Zoom links to mediate every Wednesday and Friday morning at 8am between now and 12/31/22. (No meditation on Friday, 11/25.)
