Spring has some "speedy-busyness" energy. Lots of doing, lots of going -- not always a lot of sitting still and connecting with how we're actually doing. This meditation guides you through the RAIN practice (Recognize, Allow, Investigate, Nurture & Non-identify) to check in with how you're doing and start to process any emotions that need attention.
