Meditation starts at 2:43, after an intro: We wear so many different hats, work on so many different projects, try to get so much done. It can be exhausting! We often unconsciously spend our energy on a thousand small tasks, on procrastinating, or just the next thing in front of us. Bringing some awareness to our thoughts and the ways in which we get pulled in a thousand different directions, can help us conserve our energy and spend it where we want.
